TX-NR807 No Sound Issue
I called customer service and talked to a guy there who asked I send some information to him, which I did. How long is the normal turn-around for responding to emails. The email was sent Monday evening but I haven't heard back.

It's been a little over a week and I haven't heard back from customer service and I have no way of knowing if my emails were even received. Is there a follow-up path I should follow or should I just call support back?
