TX-NR609 no video through HDMI

I have my tx-nr609 connected to a satellite receiver then output to an HDTV. Last week, the video output to the TV stopped working. No video, no on screen menu. It happened while receiver was off (used it, and it worked, turned it off, back on the next day and nothing). I checked cables and they are fine (output from satellite receiver directly to TV with same cable is fine). I get sound to the receiver, but no output to TV.

I have tested all cables, reset receiver (VCR + power) and unplugged, cooled and turned back on, but no results.

If the receiver has been reset and it still did not resolve the issue then the unit will need to go to a service center for further evaluation. Authorized service centers can be found on our main page under support.
