TX-NR509 network issue Empty TX-NR509 network issue

I contacted technical support and the tech talked my through a factory reset which did take care of the problem. I tried to connect to the receiver thru my Mac using the same IP address as before now I cannot connect to it. Does a reset also change the IP address ?

Hi jack60,
The reset does get rid of all the settings you have saved. Please run through the network setup again and see if a new IP address comes up. Thank you!
