How to connect Netflix streaming to Onkyo home theatre?

We just signed up for Netflix streaming (finally could not put up with Blockbuster anymore!) but I can't figure out how to connect it to our TV and home theatre. We have an Onkyo model TX-NR609 home theatre receiver and a Sony Bravia flat screen TV. Does anyone have any suggestions???? Thanks.
