usb wireless adapter

i've connected a USB Wireless Adapter (model UWF-1) At first i was able to see all the networks in my area. i left the screen did some other setups (speakers, ETC..ETC) went back to the USB And nothing was found....Fail to connect

Tried doing that and I am still getting same error. I am beginning to think that the UWF is bad??

To determine if the issue is with the UWF-1 can you diconnect it and then try to connect your receiver using an ethernet cable? If the ethernet cable works then we can confirm the issue is with adapter. Thanks!
