HT-R340 Muting

My receiver will stay muted for about one minute and then un-mutes. Can I set this so that it stays muted until I hit the mute button again?

When trying to use the mute button do you press the RECEIVER button and then the MUTE button on your remote? Also does the mute indicator light flash on the display?

I am using a logitech remote, pressing the mute button. the red light on the receiver does flash, then eventually goes out and muting stops - without me doing anything.

Since you are not using one of our remotes you are going to need to contact the manufacturer of the logitech remote to get the proper codes to program it to work with your Onkyo Receiver. Thank you for choosing Onkyo!
