Hello,

I don't feel like i am getting dialogue on the 2 side speakers (surround). I have set the presets to THX I/S Cinema for all devices that i can to at least THX-Cinema, or PL IIx Movie. I am using either Time Warner cable (on DVR/VCR device), or Netflix (which defaulted to TV/CD device).
I don't want to use the all stereo option.


There are NO voices coming through on the surround speakers. Any help on this issue?

If the center speaker is connected the receiver is designed to output the dialog to the center speaker. You may hear dialog through the rear channels only if the movie or recording outputs to those channels. Other then that the only way you will hear dialog in either the rear or the fronts is if you have the listening mode set to "all ch st".
