how to reset internet radio on nr509

My internet radio disappeared after six weeks, how can revive the internet radio?

We need a little bit more information on the issue you are having such as is the whole GUI that's gone or just the individuale station? Thank you!

What happened was when I switched on the net button, the initialization repeats itself. The whole set of Internet Radio disappeared (Pandora, Vnet, Rhapsody,etc.)
- I also saw that there is a firmware update for the 509, when I tried to update via net and usb, none of these
works. waited for two hours, no update was made.

Please try a factory reset. However, there are some things that you must know before performing the reset. Before I say anything, let me thank you for your time and effort in resolving this problem. I was to do that resolution of yours as you suggested, but then somebody tried to tell me to try this first, TO UNPLUG THE RECEIVER AFTER 30 SECONDS TO PLUG IT AGAIN AND GUESS WHAT HAPPENED, THE NET MENU APPEARED AND ALL WENT WELL.
