HT-S3500 no audio when watching TV channels. Empty HT-S3500 no audio when watching TV channels.

Hi,
I bought a HT-S3500 unit. Audio works when connected to Bluray. But when I switch to TV input as antennae and watch channels, I am not getting any Audio. When I checked HDMI-CEC settings, I can see that the speaker is selected as Receiver speakers. When I shift this to TV speaker, audio is there.
Another issue is that when i connected my XBOX 360 to receiver using AV chord, no audio/video comes to TV.

Since your receiver doesn't have an up-conversion option (doesn't convert COMPOSITE or COMPONENT and doesn't push it out via HDMI); if you go into the receiver using COMPONENT video cables- you will need to go out of the receiver using COMPONENT video cables. If you are going in HDMI, you can go out of the receiver HDMI. In regards to your 1st issue; is the AUDIO TV OUT enabled on this receiver? I would suggest you try to reserve a SKYPE callback reservation (using a Skype enabled device or webcam and microphone, iPad or Android tablet device with Skype, or cellphone with Skype) for an interactive and visual presentation of your current setup so we can further assist you at the following weblink: http://www.onkyousa.com/support_appointment_afaq.cfm?skype=y. Hi,
Thank you for the reply. I am using HDMI to connect my TV to receiver. From HDMI out of the receiver to HDMI in of TV.
I may not be able to schedule Skype callback on Friday as i will be at my office. Is anything available on Saturday?

Unfortunately; SKYPE reservations are only available Mondays- Fridays; you can always call into our Product Support department for further assistance as well so we can further instruct and evaluate the issue(s) you are experiencing.
