Hi Guppie,
How do you have it connected wirelessly (UWF-1) or using an ethernet cable? Thank you.

Hi Guppie,
After updating the unit did you try to reset it? If not, that is the next thing I would like for you to try. Here is our blog post on the subject, it is important to read it carefully before doing the reset, this will also tell you how to perform it: http://onkyousacustomersupportblog.wordpress.com/2011/09/12/factory-reset/ Thank you.

I feel the same way as you do. I have the same unit with the exact same problem. I am thinking about sending back and get the Pioneer VSX 1021. This is my first Onkyo and maybe the last!!! Embarassed

Hi Onkyo Customers,
We are sorry you are having issues with your unit. If these troubleshooting techniques do not work for you, you can do one of two things.
1. If it was recently purchased exchange it for a new unit depending on your dealers return policy.
2. Take it in for a warranty service. Here are our two blog posts on service: http://onkyousacustomersupportblog.wordpress.com/2011/09/13/locating-an-authorized-service-center-or-dealer/
http://onkyousacustomersupportblog.wordpress.com/2011/10/14/obtaining-warranty-service/
If you choose service you may also contact our parts and service department for assistance: (201) 785-2600, option 4 They are here from 9-5 today.

The reset seemed to work for the DNLA server. Now if I could only get the free Pandora to work. Doesn't want to accept my user name as password.

Why doesn't the free Pandora account work on this unit? I have registered and re-activated twice, but keep getting same error "sign in error. Please check your account information". I have a hard time distinguising which dot to use for .com in my email address. Which one should I use? I think I have tried them all to no avail. Sad

Hi coastman49,

On your Pandora account to find the ( . ) you will need to select "shift" at the bottom when logging in then select the "period" under the "&" character. All of this information is on page 48 of the owner’s manual.

Hey Guppie, did you take your s back? I am thinking the same thing. Only thing with me is that Embarassed I mail ordered it, so I have to get an RMA to ship it back. Any thoughts to what you might get next? Any info would be helpful.
