Hi,

When I try to go into Remote2 and I click "All Music" or go into a playlist that has a large amount of songs, the application stalls for a few seconds and then quits. Displaying music "By Artist" or "By Album," however does work fine. It appears to have a problem loading and displaying so many lines at once when it would be displaying all songs.

I'm waiting on my answer about my new iPhone 5 and this receiver- haven't heard any word yet.. just stall tactics.. some dumb rep actually said "well we dont have the phone in yet".. So when you get an answer let us Apple loyalists know plz? lol!

We need more information to further troubleshoot this issue; as how large of a music library are you utilizing onto your phone for testing? As we have already begun testing with 4gb, 8gb, and 16 gb with NO reported issues currently. Your information and cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Hi,

It is 1,011 songs and 4.1gb. The issue occurs when I click all music on an iPhone 5. I have tried reinstalling and also using the integra remote instead but still seeing the same issue.

What iPod connection are you using from the phone onto the receiver? Are you using the 30-pin USB cable or the LIGHTNING cable onto the receiver?

No connection, this issue is with the with the onkyo remote2 app in the App Store. This is when trying to play music wirelessly after clicking the music icon in the bottom left hand corner of the app and then selecting all music.
