Sirius Radio hookup tx-8050

Just purchased a tx-8050 and I am unable to obtain sirius radio. I keep receiving a message saying my password is invalid.
I currently have Sirius radio (in Canada) in my vehicle. I am able to access Sirius radio on my computer yet cannot get it on my tx-8050.
Any ideas? I also have a wireless connection throughout the house. Help!!

To help us troubleshoot this issue a little further we were wondering if you are able to get Vtuner working on your unit?

In answer to your question no the v-tuner is not working. It indicates no item.
