Remote code for Samsung BD-E5700?

I just got my Onkyo TX-NR515 receiver. My installer could not get either of the built in codes for my Samsung BD-E5700 to work. All my other components respond well. Is there an updated code for my Samsung Blu-Ray?

Which remote codes have you already tried onto your Onkyo remote controller? To date- we only have the codes provided by the manufacturer (Samsung) as 30199 and 33195 as operational remote controller codes. Thank you. I have tried both the codes that came up during the setup. I believe those are the ones. I'll give support a call.

I will further research with Samsung for other probable remote controller codes and advise you promptly.

I'm not sure what my installer was doing wrong, but I got the first code to work. The Blu-Ray also went through an update, so that may have been the problem. Thanks for the prompt reply, all is good! Love my Onkyo!
