Blinking Standby light on TX-SR507 Empty Blinking Standby light on TX-SR507

After a power failure yesterday, my AV receiver fails to power up. I've unplugged the unit and let it sit for an hour; plugged it back in and got a steady Standby light, but as soon as I hit the power button is begins blinking with no other response except an electronic switching sound. Toast? Estimated cost to repair?
