HT-RC180 iRadio not working
I have a HT-RC180 that I am trying to configure to play internet radio. Some play flawlessly but others display a 'cannot play' message on screen. Any specifications as to which pages play and which do not? As an example of an internet radio station that is not working -

Any suggestions?

Re: HT-RC180 iRadio not working
In regards to your inquiry/ issue- Internet radio URLs in the following formats are supported:
PLS, M3U, and podcast (RSS).
However, depending on the type of data or audio format used by the Internet radio station, you may not be able to listen to some stations. This is also found in the owner's manual on page 108 "LISTENING TO INTERNET RADIO".
This unit includes the full vTuner Internet Radio Service at no additional charge. Once you have connected your unit to the Internet you can select vTuner Internet Radio to search for and play Internet radio stations and podcasts at any time. To enhance your Internet radio experience, the http://onkyo.vtuner.com/ portal is available to you as an easy way to browse to find stations, set up/organize your favorites, add your own stations, get help, etc. After the first time you try Internet radio/vTuner on your unit you can use the MAC Address of your unit to create a member login account (email address and password) on the http://onkyo.vtuner.com/ portal. To verify your MAC Address, please see Network Settings (page 113 of the owner's manual).
If you are still experiencing the same issue(s), Please contact our Product Support Dept for further assistance with this specific issue via our phone number and hours of operation (Monday- Friday 9am to 8pm EST/ Saturday- Sunday 10am to 4pm EST: (800) 229-1687; option #3 PRODUCT SUPPORT).
