Onkyo 818 Audyssey Full calibration calcualting time?

I was helping a friend setup his new receiver and he has 5 speakers connected we ran through the Audyssey setup and at the end when it says calculating it seemed to be taking a long time at least 10min just calculating. We never let it finish because we thought it would never finish and there was an issue, we tried to run it again and same thing calculating taking a long time.

Is this normal?
