Replacement AC Fuse For Model DV-CP500 & can I replace it?

I have several Onkyo DVD Changers and Receivers. One of them recently failed and will not power up. I have bad power where I live. It constantly goes off and then surges on again. So, my problem may be the AC fuse. Can I get one? My manual does not show it, so can you give me a part number for it? And finally, can I be able to replace it. I was an electronic technician in a former life...

It is advised to have a service center evaluate this as there maybe more fuses involved on this unit. Authorized service centers can be found on our website at www.onkyousa.com under support.
