PC connection with HDMI Empty PC connection with HDMI

I have a TX-SR608. When I connect my PC to the reciever using the #5 HDMI, I get a picture on my TV but no sound. What am I doing wrong?

Have you checked the HDMI card settings on your PC to make sure that they are set correctly?

Yes, that worked. I needed to set up both the sound card on my PC and the HDMI setting for #5 on my receiver.
