AV Receiver TX-SR606
This receiver came as part of Home Theater System HT-S7100 and is in use for the past 3 years. The Comcast Cable box is fed to this receiver along with other accessories and the receiver signal output fed by HDMI to TV. The receiver constantly says "no signal" and takes a long time to show TV channels. Sometimes it takes powering ON and powering OFF the receiver a number of times before it starts to work. It does the same for other inputs too such as DVD/CD player, ROKU. Connecting the Comcast cable box directly to the TV works perfectly fine.
What causes this delay in receiver functioning properly?
