tx-nr509 subwoofer cable
Hi there,
I have just bought my new tx-nr509. I have had speakers already. Only problem I have is Subwoofer. My subwoofer input is + and - cable just like other speakers but system output is just one cable. Do I need some jack that splits system output to two different cables so that my subwoofer can work?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi hrandhawa,
If you have a passive subwoofer with bare speaker wires, you will need an external amp. Connect the RCA cable from the receiver pre-out to the external AMP, than you would connect your speakers to that AMP. Thank you for choosing Onkyo!
