Video issue TX-NR 509
Have no black level everything black is purple. Have disconnected HDMI out from receiver and hooked it up direct to TV from various components and they all work fine.

Hi ralphrose,
Since you have tested the HDMI cable we can rule that out as being part of the issue you are having. The next step would be to do a factory reset on the unit. There's some very important information you need to know.
