No Sound from speakers

Issue: Sound is coming from TV speakers not from the surround speakers. Connected to receiverTV(ARC) to Reciever
(ARC) HDMI input. Connected blu-ray player HDMI OUT to receiver BD/DVD input. Enable HDMI Control

Connected Logitech revue HDMI Out to Reciever Game Input
For the first time, connected Optical cable from TV to Reciever Optical -1
and then tried to connected Optical cable from TV to Reciever Optical -2

Could you please provide some help to resolve this issue.
