Zone 2&3 on the Onkyo TX-NR807
I have the above referenced receiver. I have been trying to sort out a few things about the use of Zone 2 & 3.
1) From what I've seen on this forum, at least some Onkyo receivers need an analog signal input for output to Zone 2&3. Is that true for the TX-NR807?
2) Are the outputs to Zone 2 & 3 amped, or are they simply output signals and you have to drive speakers on those channels with another amp?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi FraggerCrue,
Yes, zone-2/3 will only accept an analog source and the only amped outputs for zone-2/3 are the zone-2/3 line outs other than that it is a standard stereo output.
