Onkyo TX-NR807 No Sound +1

Same problem as many others below. Sent e-mail to parts at us dot onkyo dot com on 8/12, but have not received a reply.

I have an Onkyo TX-NR807 purchased April 2010 that recently stopped working. The primary issue is no sound is output to any speaker. Additional observations

1. The network interface is not functioning (no DHCP requests sent to the server)
2. Item 8 (Remote Controller Setup) is not accessible/dimmed the setup menu
3. Selecting the speaker level setup results in no output to any speakers (including the subwoofer preamp output)
4. Video to the monitor is functioning

I have tried resetting the unit as well as unplugging it multiple times, and these did not resolve the problem.

Based on postings to the Onkyo and other forums, this appears to be a common failure mode with this model.
Please advise if you are able to assist with this issue.
