TX-NR717 Trigger

Could I use the zone 2 Trigger to power up my external amps and other devices. I won't have a zone 2

I don't get why receivers of this class don't have a main trigger

Unfortunately, NONE of the Onkyo receivers offer MAIN 12v Trigger functionality. This is only found on the Integra models for main zone operation. Onkyo receivers only offer 12v trigger operation for the ZONE 2 and other multi-zone amps.
