What is the procedure after downloading the firmware to a usb stick?

Hi Wolf,
Please refer to your owners manual page 115. Enter the setup menu -- Hardware setup -- Firmware Update -- select Via USB. If you need an owners manual please refer to our blog post on where you can download one: http://onkyousacustomersupportblog.wordpress.com/2011/09/13/owner%e2%80%99s-manuals/
