Do I have the right receiver for what I want to do?

Hi,
My house is prewired for ceiling speakers to have a 5.1 system in my family room, and then I have 7 other listening zones that are also prewired.

My receiver is the Onkyo TX-SR606, which is a 7.1 receiver with 2 zones. The specs I have seen claim this receiver is rated for 90 watts per channel.

The 5 speakers in my family room have been purchased and are all Klipsch CDT-5800-C speakers.

I do not yet have a subwoofer to go with this system, but am looking for something in the $400-$1000 range.

Of the remaining 7 rooms/areas that are prewired, the plan would be to casually listen to music in all of these areas. 1 of those zones, a courtyard, already has a speaker. There are 6 areas in which I still need 2 speakers each (so I need to buy 12 speakers). 10 of those speakers would be installed indoors (Master Bedroom, Gym, Office, Living Room, Dining Room), and 2 would be under an outdoor covered patio. I am considering the HD-R80 and HD-R65AIM speakers for these 12 speakers. One note would be the outdoor patio speakers would need to be aimable toward the backyard and play louder.

I've been told if I want to use the Onkyo TX-SR606, I might need to get another amp in addition to the TX-SR606 to support the other non-surround sound room speakers for Zone 2. I've been told HTD.com's DMA-1240 High Efficiency Multi-Channel Amplifier would do the trick. My question is: Is there a better way to do this? Is there a better multi-zone receiver I could get that could handle the 5.1 surround sound with the subwoofer, and all of my other 7 listening areas without getting the extra Amp? If I get this other amp, will the TX-SR606 have enough juice to support a 400-800W subwoofer in addition to the Klipsch surround speakers?

Before you click on the link above, there are also in wall 2 channel amps that are connected to your avr with Pre Outs (stereo) that might well be your best financial option.

The Sub you will buy will be connected to a "Pre Out", thus the avr will not be powering the amp that is normally inside the Subwoofer.

If you just run Line outs from the speaker terminals of the avr to your rooms and have them all running at the same time.... The avr will cry foul and protect itself by shutting down.

You might want to consult with a pro from CEDIA. Bucks spent there now especially since the prewire is done will pay big dividends.

Onkyo might have the in wall amps available as well as well. Check their website.
