Onkyo Please RESPOND: Is the latest 616 USB update cumulative?

Onkyo, I am at least one if not two firmware updates behind. Is the latest USB firmware update( released a couple of weeks ago) cumulative or should I update to the previous versions before I attempt the latest?

Please advise.

When updating the F/W update; the latest version will also include the previous F/W versions along with the update. The time delay for the initial HDMI start up is normal for initialization amd HDMI handshaking.
