No output with headphone jack

Hello.

I am not receiving any output when I plug my headphones into the jack on my Onkyo.
Sound is fine from speakers though.

Any one have a suggestion instead of me sending it in?
I would hate to not be able to listen to my B&W 803's.

What is the model number of the receiver in question? This would us with more ability to further assist and resolve this issue you are experiencing.
