TX-NR807 NO sound speakers or Headphone jack

Support,
Last night I tried to use my TX-NR807 and I got have no sond coming from anything. I had the cable box on and no sound was coming from through the HDMI jack and I tested to make sure the hdmi cable was passing a signal. I did a factory reset and that has now removed the ability to get to Auddessy and Internet radio services. Please help.
