TX-NR509 RC-801M remote control codes

I never received the booklet in the TX-NR509 box for the remote control codes for programming other devices on the RC-801M remote.
I can't find the manual on the web site.
Is this available anywhere?

The model numbers shown suport multiple models' remote controls. I had luck with the remote control codes for model TX-SR608:

Codes are 5-digits.

I was looking for controls for a Samsung SmartTV and there are 12 possible codes. The 6th worked for me (10618). I was sitting at my PC and pointing it at my TV in the Den to test each. When it found the right one, both my TV and PC monitor turned off. I forgot my monitor was also a Samsung (not SmartTV, tho).
