TX-N609 & SIRIUS.CA
I just installed my TX-N609 receiver and attempted to set up SIRIUS using my existing account. The login fails even though my credentials are correct. I suspect that the reason is because the 609 connection is assuming sirius.com and my account is with sirius.ca. Is there a way to change the URL for the service?

Hi steve@p3ci.ca,
It looks like you need to contact the listener care department at sirius. This information is located in your customer agreement. The number to contact them is: 1-888-539-7474. Thanks!

Re: TX-N609 & SIRIUS.CA
Nice try but after chasing around in circles for a couple hours with Sirius, XM and Onkyo again it sounds like there are two issues here: 1 Onkyo Internet Radio does not support Sirius in Canada, period; and 2 Onkyo support is now saying return the receiver to the vendor, it is not working properly since no internet sources work at all in fact the receiver cannot acquire an ip address. It had so much promise, too bad.

Hi Steve,
We looked a little further into the issue you are having. Sirius/XM internet radio has been supported in Canada since the middle of July. No FW update was necessary from our side. You may want to contact the manufacturer of your Router to see if the issue is on their end. Thank you for contacting product support via our forum!
