HDMI and Network isues with the latest firmware.
I have a new NR616 that I did the firmware update on. It is at the latest, having successfully updated it by USB.
Today I turned it onand got no video. It took several minutes and me switching inputs before it came on.
I just now noticed that it has dropped off of my network. I have it set with a STATIC IP address so it is not a router or dhcp issue.
I am thinking on returning the unit to AmaOn. I hate to do it as I love the features but I cannot put up with defective units and buggy software.
Is there another planned firmware release coming?

A quick update. Turning dhcp back on solved the network issue, but does not resolve the issue for me. I like a very ordered network and prefer static IP Addresses.

We would like to further determine if any issue will require your receiver to be further evaluated at an authorized Onkyo service center for warranty servicing.
