TX-NR818 - Using Remote 2 app with Optik TV box? Empty TX-NR818 - Using Remote 2 app with Optik TV box?

I was wondering how I can get the Remote 2 App to control my Optik TV box. Not sure if there are some settings that need to be enabled, or if HDMI-CEC is not supported with Optik TV, but if anyone has any suggestions I would love to try it out.
I have entered the code information via the universal remote setup, and the factory remote controls it, but the remote 2 app does not.
