how to make 9.1 surround sound

2 Biamp Klipsch F30 floor speakers, 2 Polk Audio Tsi 300, 4 Klipsch s10, klipsch s10 center, 12" Sub
Which is best to connect to 1009 to play all 9 speakers. I can't seem to get the right settings or combo to make all 9 play at the same time. How can I set this up to sound the best.
