TX-NR807 No Sound Empty TX-NR807 No Sound

My receiver has the bad HDMI board just 20 days out of warranty Sad
Im not the only one from the looks at this forum and the AVS forum on this subject.
Can I send this back to get a credit on a new model like the 3010 and Ill pay the difference.
If not how can I get this fixed?
