TX-SR508 HDMI no output

My TX-SR508 suddenly stopped processing the HDMI inputs. HDMI port 1, if attempted to use, will result in a black screen and the receivers OSD not working. HDMI ports 2-4, if attempted to use, will result in a blue screen with the only the OSD working. Sound no longer works on any HDMI port. I have tried resetting (TV/VCR + Standby) multiple times, with no affect. If I bypass the receiver and connect directly to my TV using the same cable, I have audio and video (through the TV).

This was a refurbished unit purchased from shoponkyo, but the warranty has expired. I've read about multiple HDMI issues with this series, and wonder if my problems are related.

Any suggestions?
