Onkyo tx-nr808 sub hdmi-out gone after upate new firmware.

Yesterday i update the tx-nr808 over network with the latest firmware Number: 1091-1100-0010-2103, after complete this the 2e hdmi-out is not working any more.
I there a simpel solution for?
