TX NR3007 no sound Empty TX NR3007 no sound

I turned on the receiver today and I have no sound from the unit at all, no matter the input. Also the speaker configuration icon on the display is not lit up. The last relay click that I am used to hearing just before the sound is also not clicking. I purchased the form Accessories for Less as a refurb in Feb of 2011. Please help me with a possible reset or if it actually needs to be repaired.
