TX-SR 309 Component in Hdmi Out

Hi I am a new owner of a TX-SR309 receiver and love it so far.

I have 3 devices on HDMI in (Sat/BD/Appletv). I want to connect an additional device (wii) to the component in and have the video out through HDMI. Is this possible I read the manual and am not totally clear on whether I can do this or not.

I have the audio rca connected to the game audio input and it seems to send the audio to the tv through the HDMI out (since hdmi is the only cable i have running to the tv right now). But I do not see any video output (blue screen) on the tv. Is there some setting where I can route this output thru HDMI? Or do I need to add an additional Component out cable to the tv to carry that video?

Unfortunately, it can not be done as what goes in must go out the same way due to the fact that this receiver does not video upconvert. This information can be found on page 47 of your manual. The models TX-NR609 and up have the ablility to upconvert. Thanks!
