Remote codes? Or universal remote?

I got a TX-NR509 and am trying to program the remote for my tv wich is a westinghouse TX-52F480S. I've tried the codes in the book but they don't work. Are there any other codes to try? If not what is a good universal remote?

Logitech Harmony Remotes are the only universal remote you'll ever need. Almost everything is programmable. You can even make macros that press multiple button commands in succession. http://www.logitech.com/remotes/universal-remotes

I would like to use the onkyo remote to control tv. It controls my cable box no problem

well maybe they are up to date, but still useless unless one works
