NR709 Locking UP

My 709 ,after being on for about a half hour, switches to another input and locks up there.

Pressing input buttons on the front panel effects no change.

I have tried unplugging, and can't get the reset to work (VCR/Standby button).

Any ideas? PS I have never upgraded the machine over the web or anything.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Depending on when your purchased the unit and exchange policy of the dealer you may return that for an exchange.
