HT-S7500 VS HT S9400
Hello all,
Are there any huge differences between these two awesome systems? I've googled information in regards to a comparison and the results are slim. I can buy the 7.1 HT-7500 locally for a good price bundled with Monster HDMI cables and high quality optical cables with 16 gauge wire. I also see the 7.1 HT-9400 online with a good deal.
I'm just wondering if there is a huge difference in technology and sound. I looked at the comparison at the Onkyo website but to me they almost have the same features. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. Which system should I buy?
Thanks all.

Re: HT-S7500 VS HT S9400
I forgot to mention that I'm upgrading from the HT-R510. Many years of awesome sound with this system but my receiver has 3 bad channels now.

Re: HT-S7500 VS HT S9400
The HT-S7500 is the newer unit which is compatible with the UBT-1 (Bluetooth) and UWF-1 (Wi Fi) USB adapters; whereas the HT-S9400THX is NOT supported to function with the UBT-1 or UWF-1. Also the HT-S9400THX is THX-certified and includes THX-certified speakers and subwoofer- whereas the HT-S7500 (HT-R791 receiver) is NOT THX-certified and doesn't have any THX audio formats either. This decision would basically be made on your preference.
