Tx-nr515 spotify freeze? Empty Tx-nr515 spotify freeze?

Just made the leap from an all in one LG DVD/surround system
to a more powerful separate HT system.. Tx-nr515 is not performing!!

Tried to use the inbuilt 'Spotify' App and when I search an Artist I just get a 'please wait' followed by the 'NET' channel crashing to a blank screen. Tried a restart but same thing happens.

This just days after my first HDMI-Out issue that seems to be plaguing this model.
(0.3% affected users.. Year right!!)

Latest firmware installed.

Do I take the unit back for a replacment OR Swap for another model??
