TNXR609 problem!!!!

I'm new here and don't really have any where to turn!!!... i have had my txnr609 for about a year maybe more never had a problem with it until now.... i was watching tv then turned the everything off before putting kids to bed ( tv, cable box and txnr609) about 15 minutes later came back down and turned everything on tv came on cable box came on and so did the txnr609 but it came up no signal have do have sound just no picture i have tried everything i unplugged the receiver for 10 minutes plugged it back in no fix i tried switching hdmi cables around no fix i tried playing my blue ray player and no fix i have sound just no picture... now if i plug cable box directly into the tv i have a picture so this is telling me its the receiver ... does anyone have any suggestions or am i wasting my time consider this thing to be a piece of junk and go get something else???? please help kids driving me crazy!!!!!

and yes i did about 5 factory resets and that didn't help!!!!!

could it be hdmi board went like i have read all over the internet ??? some one any one please help

Un plug it and disconnect the HDMI cables then go to bed and try it in the morning it might come back. If not the HDMI board is fried and will need service.
