My HDMI inputs are not working and when it does its a shock it there firmware update or is it a factory defect. A co-worker said his was doing the same thing.. It's frustrating and I need answers I would hate to have wasted my money..
I have changed HDMI cables
I have tried powering it down
what am I suppose to do its almost 1 pale silent pale year old

It's a bad HDMI Board. This is a factory defect and the whole lot of 609s should be recalled and replaced. Mine was "fixed" under warranty and still does not function properly.

Just following up; has the Parts & Services representative contact you regarding your issue? If you are still experiencing this issue; please advise and I will escalate this to upper management promptly.

Please review your PM ; as this was escalated to upper management. As we believed the Parts & Services representative was following up on this issue and has been reprimanded for this issue- please also confirm your mailing address in the PM as well. We would like to expedite this issue and have your unit reviewed; a supervisor is reviewing this issue and will follow up on this until thoroughly.
