I just re-setup my HTS and I am not getting any audio out of the back surround channels. The speakers work when connected to a different channel, so the speakers and wiring are fine. I ran the audydessy calibration and no sound came from these two speakers. I tried changing the settings for front high/zone two with no further results. In addition to no sound during calibration, there was no sound while in tuner mode; I can't yet test other modes as I don't have everything else set up and don't want to go through that trouble if I have to send the unit in for repair.

Thus far my experience with Onkyo has been quite poor. Three months after purchasing this system (new) the HDMI board went out; and even under warranty, I had to pay a huge shipping cost for "warranty" repairs and wait 3 months for its return. I'm not looking forward to that experience again.

Any advice is appreciated.

I gave a hard reset one last try and it worked, so full sound now. Thanks for the response and I'll keep that in mind in case the issue pops back up.
