Can Not Play Error !!
On my new Nr717 I get an error "can not play" after I get logged in my Sirius/xm account. I can play all the other NET music apps.
such as Pandora, VTuner etc. under my status on Sirius it states ... Disable.
I signed up online for the 7 day free trial, after NO luck with the free trial included on my Onkyo nr717
please advise

Do you currently have a Sirius online streaming account or a Sirius Mobile account? Have you also contacted Sirius and provide the MAC address of the receiver- found in the SETUP menu under the submenus SETUP> HARDWARE SETUP > NETWORK > MAC ADDRESS? If you are still experiencing the same issue , Please contact our Product Support Dept for further assistance with this specific issue via our phone number and hours of operation (Monday- Sunday 24 hours a day: (800) 229-1687; option #3 PRODUCT SUPPORT). We would like to speak with you and work to troubleshoot and resolve your issue as prompt as possible.

Factory reset
I did a factory reset , and now I can stream Sirius radio through, I will keep testing it though.
hopefully that reset did the fix.

back to cannot play sirius
worked ok after I did a hard reset, but I found out that I can't use the free trial from Onkyo & signup for the free trial at the Sirius website for streaming over the net.
over the net worked after the reset, then I signed up for the free trial from Onkyo . now both do not play sirius, will logon but will not play, time todo a another factory reset.
