Tx-8050 siriusxm wont connect

Hello,

I have my tx-8050 connected to our internet connection via cat5 and all of my internet radio options such as pandora and vradio work just fine but when I try to use my xm it sits at connecting for about 30 seconds then says it could not establish a connection. I have called XM they have checked everything on there side and say everything is up and running. I have tried a static ip address and using dhcp, also have checked firewall and can't see anything being blocked. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
