TX-NR616: STB HDMI video input lost after random time; screensaver and audio continue. Input returns after hitting STB/DVR button again.
Setup:
Panasonic DVR/STB -> HDMI -> TX-NR616 (STB/DVR on HDMI 3) -> HDMI -> Television
Wii -> Component -> TX-NR616 (CBL/SAT component input)
Mac Mini -> HDMI -> TX-NR616 (PC)
PS3 -> HDMI -> TX-NR616 (BD/DVD)
Firmware Number: 1141-0108-0400
After a random period, from one hour to several hours, the video on this input cuts out while watching something via cable or DVR playback. Audio playback continues through the speakers, and the Onkyo screensaver starts playing on the TV. I'm not losing TV out from the receiver, just video in from the STB. Once this starts occurring we can regain video display temporarily by re-pressing the STB/DVR input button on the remote, or by switching inputs and then switching back, but the problem recurs within a few minutes.
I did have the STB hooked to the CBL/SAT input (HDMI 2 by default) for a week prior to moving it to HDMI 3 and did not see this issue. I switched from HDMI 2 to HDMI 3 when I plugged a Wii into the CBL/SAT component inputs and didn't want to fiddle with the setup. I suppose I could try putting the STB back on HDMI 2 and switching the input via the settings menu, but I'm hoping there's just some setting I forgot to turn on or off that will prevent the screensaver from executing.
Any ideas?

Question: does this occur when viewing a movie from the DVR and the program has finished; thus not streaming any video signaling? Does this occur when watching normal CBL broadcast from your STB? We need some more information to confirm any issue- as when the receiver is not receiving any new video signal/ data- it will activate the screensaver mode until the receiver is awakened from the screensaver mode. Please reply back with some information- as it seems that the receiver is working correctly.

This issue occurs while watching playback of video or in the middle of TV programs. It's not triggered by black wipe transitions or temporary black screens, either; it occurs in the middle of any kind of scene. And it seems especially odd that video throughput is affected but audio is not; it's obviously not directly related to the HDMI streams or audio playback would stop as well, right?
